The medical practice is open Monday – Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm.  The Therapy center is open Monday – Thursday 7:00am to 4:30pm and Friday 7:00am to 1:00pm.

15 to 20 minutes is usual. However if you are a new patient please print and complete the new patient packet and bring with you to your first appointment, you will need to around 15 minutes to complete.

Pinnacle uses a team approach to patient care to keep wait times short and properly direct your plan of care. This is approved by your insurance carrier. On each visit you will see a member of the doctors’ team. Sometimes it is the doctor and other times it will be his physician assistant.  The doctor remains active in review of your records and images.

Our automated system will contact you 48 hours before your appointment.

Most often you can receive your report before you leave the office.  However, there are some circumstances where the doctor would like additional time to review and we can mail or fax your report at your request.

Please bring any forms you require to be filled out to the receptionist. Most forms require a fee of $20.00 and are completed within 5-7 business days.  In some cases your insurance company will accept our office note instead of their custom form to help you avoid the form fee.

Yes, they are able to have immediate access to the therapy notes. In addition, if your therapist has any concerns with your progress, he/she has  access to your orthopedic team, and you can be seen immediately if necessary.
